Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee garden maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality standards

• Manage new plant installations, from planning to execution

• Lead and motivate a team of garden staff, providing guidance and support

• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Garden Labourer (Full-Time or Part-Time)

​We are seeking an experienced garden labourer to support our team during the busy season. This role is perfect for you if you are eager to learn and grow in the gardening and landscaping industry. You will support your team leader in maintaining high-end residential gardens in the Northern Beaches and North Shore. Work is on weekdays and starts at 7am. We are looking for a strong reliable gardening professional with a passion for plants and getting quality work done. Your typical week will take you to many locations and involve working together to create new gardens, complete maintenance work and restore gardens.

This hands-on position is perfect for you if you are passionate about gardening and landscaping, with a dedication to outdoor work.

• Perform tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and watering

• Mow lawns, trim edges, and care for turf areas

• Prepare soil, mulch, and plant beds

• Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment

• Adhere to safety protocols for a safe work environment
